According to the “Notice of the People’s Government of Fujian Province on Fifteen Measures for Further Improving Employment and Entrepreneurship Work under New Conditions” (Minzheng [2015] No. 44), the “Notice on Further Improving Issues Related to Ensuring Job Stability through Unemployment Insurance Support for Enterprises” (Minrenshewen [2015] No. 291), the “Notice on Further Enhancing Work Related to Ensuring Job Stability and Upskilling under Unemployment Insurance Support for Enterprises” (Minrenshewen [2019] No. 130), and the “Notice of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Fujian Province, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Fujian Province, the Department of Education of Fujian Province, the Department of Finance of Fujian Province, the Department of Transport of Fujian Province, and the Commission of Health and Family Planning of Fujian Province on Supporting Enterprises in Resuming Operations and Retaining Jobs during the Epidemic Prevention and Control Period” (MRSHW [2020] No. 23).

Currently, I am applying to the Employment and Employment Management Center of Fu'an City for employment stabilization subsidies totaling 27,280 yuan for 2019. The funds for these employment stabilization subsidies will be used for: paying living allowances to employees, covering social insurance contributions, conducting training for job transfers, upgrading skills, and other related expenses.
