When installing a negative-pressure fan, it is crucial to ensure high-quality installation, paying particular attention to eliminating any gaps around the fan. During the installation of a negative-pressure fan, it is best to close all surrounding doors and windows; however, doors and windows on the opposite wall should be left open to allow for air circulation. The proper installation of negative-pressure fans is extremely important and directly affects their subsequent performance.

Before installing the negative-pressure fan, carefully check that the negative-pressure fan is intact, that the mounting bolts are not loose or missing, and that the impeller does not come into contact with the fan cover. Thoroughly inspect the fan blades or louvers for any deformation or damage that may have occurred during transportation.
When selecting the location for installing the air outlet, it should be taken into account that there should not be any excessively large obstacles within a distance of 2.5 to 3 meters directly opposite it.
When installing the negative-pressure fan, pay attention to its horizontal alignment and adjust it so that it is level and stable relative to the foundation plane. After installation, the motor should not be tilted. During the installation of the negative-pressure fan, the motor adjustment bolts should be positioned in a convenient location for operation, making it easier to adjust the belt tension during use.
When installing the negative-pressure fan bracket, make sure that the bracket is aligned and stable relative to the base. If necessary, install angle iron next to the negative-pressure fan to reinforce the structure.
After installing the negative-pressure fan, it is necessary to check for leaks around it. If gaps are found, they can be sealed using solar panel adhesive or glass glue.
After installation, check inside the fan to ensure that no tools or foreign objects remain under negative pressure. Use your hand or a lever to rotate the fan blades and verify that they are not excessively tight, do not rub against each other, and that there are no objects obstructing their smooth rotation. Only after confirming these conditions can you perform a test run. If, during operation, the negative-pressure fan vibrates, the motor emits an unusual “buzzing” sound, or other abnormalities occur, stop the fan immediately for inspection and restart it only after repairs have been completed.
A negative-pressure fan expels air outward, which results in a decrease in internal air pressure, creating a vacuum inside and forming a zone of negative pressure. Air enters the room to compensate for the pressure difference. In practical applications at industrial facilities, negative-pressure fans are installed centrally on one side of the building, while air intake openings are located on the opposite side. Air flows from the air intake openings toward the negative-pressure fans, creating a convective airflow. During this process, doors and windows closer to the negative-pressure fan remain closed, forcing air to enter the workshop through compensation provided by doors and windows on the side of the air intake openings. Air enters the workshop through the air intake openings in an orderly manner, flows throughout the entire workshop, and is exhausted by the negative-pressure fan. The ventilation achieved is thorough and efficient, with an air exchange rate reaching as high as 99%. Thanks to specialized engineering design and precise adjustment of air exchange rates and wind speeds according to specific requirements, any excess heat, harmful gases, dust, or smoke can be quickly removed from the workshop, and any issues related to poor ventilation can be completely eliminated in a single operation. Ventilation can be achieved within just a few seconds after the fan is started.
Heat sources such as buildings, vehicles, and equipment can be directly exposed to sunlight and absorb heat, causing indoor temperatures to rise above the average outdoor temperature. At this point, negative-pressure fans come into action, quickly exhausting the heat outdoors and establishing a balance between indoor and outdoor temperatures. As a result, people feel extremely comfortable—just as if they were outdoors, experiencing a cool, natural breeze.

What is a high-temperature engine? How does it differ from conventional engines?

1. The design process for high-temperature motors differs from that of conventional motors. These motors are made from thermally stable insulating materials, enabling them to operate safely at high temperatures without aging or burning out. 2. The motor’s operational performance is optimized by taking into account the specific characteristics of the fan-pump load, which helps save energy and refine the insulation design. Thanks to its enhanced insulation, the motor can continuously operate in a cycle of positive and negative rotation in an atmosphere of steam at high temperature and humidity, as well as under prolonged conditions of wood deposition, providing reliable insulation and extending the motor’s service life.
